Apartments UNA, sibling of private accomodation Maksimilian, originated from our experience pointing out that, sometimes, people need more comfort and peace.
Apartments are situated in a peaceful part of the town, just about five minutes walk from central railway and bus station, thus making it an ideal choice for business men, families with children, tourists with pets or couples in need of seclusion. ( = potpuna privatnost, sklonjeno mjesto).
In this spacious accomodation we offer you the possibility of isolating yourself from the city crowd and yet you don't waste any time on long car driving because town's institutions are only couple of minutes away.
UNA apartments consist of three new and modern accomodation units and are fully equipped with free WI-FI, heating, air-condition and TV.
Every apartment contains bedroom with double bed, living room, well-equipped kitchen with a dining room, and a bathroom.
An apartment can accomodate up to four people.
Apartments are situated in central but quiet part of the town.
Only a five minute walk gets you to central railway and bus station. Retirement home, stadium and hall „Gradski Vrt„ are at close vicinity. Shopping malls (Interspar, Billa, Konzum) are also nearby.
Tvrđa ( The Fortress ), historic town core with rich and diverse night life is only a five minutes drive. Public transport stops are at 100 meters distance from the apartments.
Parking space is assured for our guests in front of the building.

At the day of your arrival apartment is at your disposal from 14:00h. Please announce the accurate time of your arrival when confirming the reservation or just before your arrival so we could welcome you properly and hand over the keys.

Every good and decent pet owner is already familiar with codes of conduct for pets in hotels, but additionally to that, please respect the space of your resident, please mind the furniture and do not leave your loved ones alone thus helping us to remain one of the few accomodations in this town to allow pets.
Instead of further listing of codes please read an answer of a certain hotel owner to following enquiry:
A man sent a letter to a small hotel in which he wanted to stay: „I would really like to bring my dog with me, he is well-groomed and well-trained. Are you willing to allow him to sleep in my room?„
Soon enough the answer arrived: „I've been running this hotel for a long time now and during all that time not one dog stole a towel, dishes, linen and painting off the wall. I never had to kick out any dog in the middle of the night for being drunk or misbehaving. Not one dog ever ran away without paying the receipt. Accordingly to all that, your dog is more than welcome in my hotel and if he can guarantee for his owner, so are you.„
